Hello all. I recently had a bad experience with the large Triton router. The 3 1/4 HP model. I returned the router to Rockler and after pictures were exchanged, they were very easy to deal with and I returned the router. I had already drilled the hole in the top of my Grizz 1023 cast iron extension table. So be it. (i would add here, not trying to dump on Triton but they have no direct customer service in US market. They may have it but all the phone numbers on the internet are wrong and I kept getting (when I got through) a phone message. How poor is that. Even the Rockler folks complained about the degree of difficulty when trying to procure parts, get technical assistance, etc. It seems almost too hard to believe a company in today’s competitive economy won’t or can’t staff some sort of responsive CS for product support. Oh well. I am an ex customer.
My question is this ? anyone out there use the Milwaukee 3 1/2 HP ROUTER with the Grizz 1023 ROUTER TABLE set up. I know there is a above table adjustment. Anyone out there using this set up? Based on reviews, I am pretty set on the Milwaukee product. Any comments are greatly appreciated.
